Question: Why wont my ftp client connect to my website? top
Answer: Try using a FTP client that will allow you to connect over PASV or passive mode. Under most FTP clients this setting will be under the "Firewall" options. The following are a list of FTP clients you can download free of charge as well as instructions for setting them up in PASV mode.

NOTE: Most internet browsers (especially Internet Explorer) will not allow you to connect via PASV mode. You are better off downloading a client below.

Question: Why can I receive, but not send any email from my email client? top
Answer: By default your email client is set up to relay outgoing mail on Port 25. Some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) use a firewall that prevents relaying on this port. For that reason we have also setup port 2525 as a port to relay on. Try switching to this port.
